- Respond to security, fire, and burglary alarms, water leaks, power outage etc.
- Open and prep home for owner or guest arrivals
- Close home after owner or guest departures

- Drop and pickup cars at airport
- Grocery shopping and stocking
- Coordinate cleaning services
- Auto and boat care maintenance and cleaning service
- Mail forwarding or receiving
- Take garbage and recycling to curb and return them
- Floor, carpet, and furniture cleaning
- Pressure washing of house, lanai, driveway, and walkways
- Hurricane shutter installation, removal, and storage
- Pre-storm preparation, secure and inspect property
- Post-storm property inspection and damage report, coordinate with insurance, manage water intrusion remediation, demolition, rebuilding, landscaping
- Oversee all vendors and subcontractors
- Meet various vendors and subcontractors for service, repair, or installations
- Develop relationships with various vendors who are experts in their field
- Schedule Annual Preventative maintenance on elevators, garage doors, dryer vents, storm shutters, generators, appliances etc.
- For recently purchased or new properties: set up utilities, cable, landscaping, pool maintenance, air conditioning, security systems, propane, etc.
- Oversee remodeling and renovations
- Provide detailed monthly inspection report
